Refund policy

Original Paintings

If you wish to return your artwork, please advise me via email within 14 days of delivery, and return the painting within 28 days of delivery. I will refund your money within 14 days of receiving the artwork back, however please note I cannot cover the return postage cost. Please send all returns in secure packaging and via tracked post with insurance to cover yourself in case of loss or damage as I will not be able to refund you if either scenario occurs.

Prints

If you wish to return your print, please advise me via email within 14 days of delivery, and return it within 28 days of delivery. I will refund your money within 14 days of receiving the print back, however please note I cannot cover the return postage cost. If your print arrives to you damaged please let me know within 2 days of delivery with photos and a replacement will be sent to you.

Commissions

There are no returns for commissions as they are customised for you. I will of course replace or refund your painting if lost or damaged in the post.
